Built from real reclaimed sail canvas sourced right here on the North Carolina coast, The Schooner 1 is the biggest bag in the Bandana Collection — and it earns every inch. Towels, sunscreen, a cooler’s worth of snacks — pack it all in and head for the water. This is your all day, every day, boat day bag.

This particular Schooner carries its history right on the bottom — an original Murphy & Nye, Inc. Chicago sailmaker’s mark, preserved exactly as it appeared on the sail. It’s a small detail, but it’s proof this canvas has actually been out on the water.

Each tote is hand cut and sewn in Carteret County, NC, lined with red bandana fabric, finished with a natural rope trim along the top, navy rope handles, and a CBC woven patch. No two are exactly alike — because no two sails ever were.
